SRM would like to extend a personal thank you to all our clients who attended last November's BCM World Conference and Exhibition in London. It was the perfect opportunity to meet and discuss your Business Continuity planning and to make contact with new partners.

It was also the perfect opportunity to show just how unpredictable life can be and how to deal with change because with less than 24 hours to go before the start of the conference, SRM's very own James Royds was asked by the BCI to deputise for Sir Bob Geldof and open the conference with a keynote address. James Royds was also asked to deliver a keynote speech on Cyber Crime.
